Wes Johnson, Cryogenics Test Laboratory, NASA Kennedy Space Center, has nine years of hands-on experience with liquid nitrogen and other cryogenic fluids. He was co-chair of the 2011 Space Cryogenics Workshop.

Wes Johnson received degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University in 2007 and the Univ. of Central Florida in 2010. Mr. Johnson began at NASA Kennedy Space Center as a Cooperative Education Student in 2004 working in the Cryogenics Test Laboratory. His research activities include thermal characterization of insulation materials as well as collaboration with the various other projects focusing on fluid system design, analysis, and testing. Additionally, he serves on the core technology team for the Green Propellant Infusion Mission and Cryogenic Propellant Storage and Transfer technology demonstration mission.
